LOCAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)

Courier Service

  • We can deliver to any address in Singapore except the airport, offshore islands, Jurong Island, military bases, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.

       * Order amount after discounts have been applied and before GST.

  • For any order/delivery cancellation requests after item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse, the customer will have to bear the incurred delivery costs. [This also applies for orders which have qualified for free delivery].
  • Orders have to be placed before 9am (Monday - Friday excluding public holiday) to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • For orders placed after 9am (Friday - Sunday & Public Holiday), the earliest delivery available timeslot will be the 2 working days later.
  • If you have any special delivery requests, please leave us a note. We will do our best to meet them.
  • Delivery may take longer than seven (7) business days for items which are out of stock. We will contact you accordingly. If we are unable to fulfil your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.
  • We will allow 1 free re-delivery attempts. After which, subsequent delivery will be subjected to additional charges, to be borne by the customer. 

 

Self-Collection

  • Self-collection is available for all orders made in Singapore. Please pick up your orders at 159 Kampong Ampat #05-01 KA Place Singapore 368328, Mondays - Fridays (excluding Public Holiday), between 9am-6pm.

 

Delivery Request

Please leave any requests in the memo during checkout so that all requests are highlighted to warehouse staff when packing the order. 
As we ship out parcels fast, requests sent via other channels (email, online contact form) might not reach the warehouse team on time before the parcel is sent out. 

 

Online Price and Good & Service Tax (GST)
Online prices listed exclude GST. Prevailing GST rate of 7% will be charged on all orders delivered in Singapore only.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 9am on a working day will be shipped out on the same day. 
  • Order placed after 9am on a working day will be shipped out on the next working day. 
  • Orders placed on a non-working day will be shipped out on the next working day.

 

Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a receipt number and complete information on tracking of delivery service and progress. 

 

Shipping Restrictions
For all international orders, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country before placing an order. Lifestream Group will not be held responsible in the unlikely event that the parcel gets detained by Customs, and will not be obliged to fulfill a replacement order. If your parcel is, for any reason at all, returned to Lifestream Group by the Customs in the destination country, your order (less 2x the shipping charge) will be refunded to your original payment method. This takes into account all shipping and any other charges incurred, such as quarantine or warehousing fees assessed by Customs.

 

Duties and Taxes
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order. As duties and taxes vary from country to country, they are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs Office for those charges, and any additional charges that may apply. Any custom fees or import duties imposed by recipient’s home country shall be borne by the recipient.

A surcharge per shipment is incurred for international shipping to remote destinations. "Remote" is defined as distant islands and highlands, a postal code, suburb or town that is difficult, inaccessible or infrequently served. Remote area surcharge to be paid by customer. Lifestream Group will notified the customer if this surcharge applies.


Please contact us if you need to ship a package that exceeds 5kg.
Delivery time is subject to change without prior notice.
All items may be subject to customs inspection which may require additional days.
Delivery time quoted is only an estimation.

 
Damages 
Your order is considered fulfilled once we pass on the package to Courier Company. In the unlikely event that your order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, we will refer the issue to Courier Company. For damages, please provide a description of the damage, a photograph and delivery receipt to us.
