2. Reduce sodium intake
Want to reduce your sodium intake? The best way is to eat fresh produce, dairy products and meat. Avoid eating pre-packaged, canned and frozen foods. Nowadays, most food labels are required to indicate the sodium (salt) content and the percentage of the recommended daily intake. Take time to read and compare food labels.
