Tip 1: Stay physically active- Exercise significantly improves health in many ways - helping to maintain a healthy weight, keeping cholesterol levels in check and maintaining healthy blood flow to the body and brain.

 

Tip 2: Manage stress- Research has shown that chronic stress can increase the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Sleep is an important part of regulating stress.
